I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach who specialises in stress and anxiety management, improve energy levels, sleep quality and weight loss. My mission is to transform the concept of being on a “diet” as a way to fully nourish your body and mind, discover new food, try easy tips and tricks to improve your health and wellbeing every day.
By working together for 12 weeks you will be able to introduce long lasting habits that will get you results in the short and long term. I promise you will never feel hungry or like you are missing out. I believe in living a life that fulfils your goals and wishes and having the energy to do so it’s the best start to a healthy and happy life.
As a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach I’ll work alongside you to build the strengths you need to change your diet for good, to appreciate the food that makes your stronger, leaner and happier. Coaching will help say goodbye to old habits for good and feel on top of your condition or simply be the best you.
I’m not here to do the work for you or hand you a magic pill, but to empower you with the expertise and application needed to establish new routines and life skills that truly work. You are the only one who has the power to change but this is difficult on your own. I am here to help you make it happen.
As every client is unique, I build ad-hoc programmes tailor made to your individual needs.
I grew up in Italy and moved to London to study my first degree here and never left. I have been living in north London for over 16 years and I love it! I have always been passionate about food and helping others being their best healthiest and happiest self.

After finishing my degree and working long hours in the City I started to get sick and unhappy. The pressure of working in sales for many years and the vicious circle of stress > bad sleep > wrong foods > going out > more bad sleep etc got the best of me. Life was “fun” but my body was saying otherwise. My health was suffering, and I didn’t know what to do. I was exhausted all the time, developed allergies, bad skin, I was feeling bloated all the time and emotionally very up and down. I went to the doctor but there was nothing specifically wrong with me.
I started reading about the science of nutrition and how to get the right amount of nutrients, combining foods and how every day food can really transform one’s life. Then I read everything about every possible health conditions and realised how much diet could support the body heal or at least improve symptoms. My friends saw what positive effect my new diet had on me and how happy I was living and breathing all things food, health and nutrition. They suggested I’d turn my passion into a career, so I did.
I sign up to a foundation course first, to brush up on my biomedicine and biology, then I enrolled at the renowned College of Naturopathic Nutrition in London. There I was trained in the principles of functional medicine, a science-based method that assesses the causes of symptoms and underlying nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s health concerns and wellbeing. After 3 years of studying full time, 200 hours of clinical practice, endless number of conferences, talks and night spent reading clinical trials, I graduated in 2013. I have been practicing for the past 7 years.
I have the best job in the world and I work hard at improving my skills and knowledge to best serve my clients on a daily basis. It’s not always easy, but it’s the most rewarding job. Seeing my clients changing their lives by making the right food choices for them and their families, feeling their real selves and being so excited about their newfound energies, to me, it’s priceless.
I love travelling nearly as much as I love chocolate… and that’s a lot! I’m always up to try a new class. My latest finds are screen printing and barre. Did I mention I love cooking? I constantly try new recipes so I can pass on the best, tastiest ones to my clients.
After years working in London in corporate environments, I understand very well the stress and pressure of performing at the highest levels whilst having a social life and trying to find time for one’s wellbeing. My mix of science-based nutrition advice, ad-hoc life hacks and years of experience create successful programmes that change lives.
